Margot joins the team having led the sales effort at Smart Brickell, and successfully selling out thetwo towers. After her success as one of the top producing agents at Smart Tower 1, Margot was promoted to the position of Sales Manager for the sellout of Tower 2, where she managed pricing, event coordination and assisted her team in closing sales when needed. She understands the pre-sales model extremely well, and has years of experience in closing out pre-construction developments.
Her success has come from the extensive network that she has in Latin America, and constant travel to those markets to sell out the projects that she has represented. As a selling sales manager, Margot has the skill to deal with complicated client and broker relationships, and to always find a solution for all parties.
